From Hope to Harassment: My Journey from FedEx New Hire to Targeted Victim
I never expected that applying for a job during the COVID pandemic would lead to one of the most painful and exhausting experiences of my life — but that’s exactly what happened.
It started with a simple application to FedEx. Amid the uncertainty of COVID, I was grateful to be hired the same day I applied — a rare stroke of luck, or so I thought. That excitement didn’t last long.
Day One: From Professional Attire to Tarmac Exposure
That same day — still in my nice clothes — I was rushed to Southeast Input, a high-traffic package intake area located just off the tarmac. There, I was immediately exposed to harsh conditions — wind, intense sun, and deafening jet noise. It was far from the typical onboarding experience.
I wasn’t prepared for the toll this environment would take on me. Hours in the elements, combined with a lack of protective gear or proper orientation, marked the beginning of a painful journey I never could have imagined.
The Injury and Alleged Fraud
It didn’t take long before the conditions I was thrown into contributed to an injury. What should have been a straightforward process of reporting and seeking care became something far more twisted — a tangled web of alleged fraud, deception, and delays.
My injury claim faced immediate resistance. Despite clear evidence and medical concerns, I found myself battling denials, delays, and unexplained inconsistencies. Worse still, when I escalated my concerns — even writing directly to the CEO of FedEx — I was met with silence and red tape instead of support.
The Battle in Court and Beyond
Determined not to be silenced, I pursued my case through the Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation Court. My petition should have been the turning point — a chance to present my case openly and fairly.
Instead, what followed was a campaign of harassment and intimidation — relentless and escalating over time. Drones began appearing outside my home, following my wife on her daily commute. Phone calls dropped unexpectedly. Unexplained technology interference disrupted my communication. The pressure seemed designed to break me — emotionally, mentally, and physically.
The Nightmare Continues — But So Does My Fight
This isn’t just my story — it’s an example of what happens when powerful corporations are willing to bend the system, silence victims, and intimidate anyone who stands in their way. But I refuse to back down.
In the posts that follow, I’ll share the full story — with evidence, timelines, and undeniable proof of how my life was turned upside down. From my first day at FedEx to the threats my family continues to endure, I will expose the tactics used to intimidate, silence, and destroy those who seek justice.
If you’ve faced similar abuse — or if you know someone who has — you’re not alone.
